Stardust
A 3 tier wedding cake in a variety of delicious flavours. Featuring a light grey petal ruffle on the bottom tier. The middle tier is painted with silver lustre dust and then coated in edible silver sequins mixed with clear sugar crystals. The top tier features an oval of moulded flowers with ‘we do’ written inside. Decorated with mauve and white sugar flowers and silver painted leaves.
All cakes are made from the best of ingredients, coated in Belgium white chocolate ganache to give sharp edges. Then finally covered in delicious sugar paste icing.
