Sparkle

This 4 tier sponge wedding cake features a light grey marble effect bottom tier. the second tier is coated in lustre dust, sugar crystals and edible glitter squares. Personalised in silver with the bride and groom’s initials and decorated with white sugar flowers.

You can choose a different delicious flavour of cake for each of the tiers of your wedding cake. Each cake is coated with white chocolate ganache made from the ‘Finest Belgian Chocolate’ before being covered in luxury sugar paste. Fruit cakes are covered with marzipan before being iced.

This cake serves 104 dessert portions

Sponge cake is usually cut as a dessert portion (1 x 2 x 4)
