A wedding cake to suit different tastes and styles. The bottom tier is traditionally iced with sugar paste although with a modern marbled effect. The top tiers are delicious sponge cake coated in Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Decorated with beautiful sugar flowers.
You can choose a different delicious flavour of cake for each of the tiers of your wedding cake. Each cake is coated with white chocolate ganache made from the ‘Finest Belgian Chocolate’ before being covered in luxury sugar paste. Fruit cakes are covered with marzipan before being iced.
Cake serves: 70 portions
Fruit cake is traditionally cut as a finger portion (1 x 1 x 4)
Sponge cake is usually cut as a dessert portion (1 x 2 x 4
