In this example a 4 tier sponge wedding cake, featuring marble effect on several tiers, highlighted with gold leaf on the bottom tier. Embellished with pink and white sugar roses surrounded by a wooden hoop.

 

You can choose a different delicious flavour of cake for each of the tiers of your wedding cake. Each cake is coated with white chocolate ganache made from the ‘Finest Belgian Chocolate’ before being covered in luxury sugar paste. Fruit cakes are covered with marzipan before being iced.
