Buttercream Cake
Perfect if you would like something a little more rustic or informal for your wedding cake or celebration cake or just don’t like icing. We use delicious Swiss meringue buttercream to fill and fully coat our cakes. As an alternative in hot weather chocolate ganache might be preferred to coat your cake. Lots of different textures and colours along with decorations such as macarons; meringues; chocolate spheres and chocolate drip; fish or sugar flowers can be used. Whatever suits your style!
