Brush Embroidery
A beautiful, white, simply iced wedding cake. The feature tier is painted with white lustre dust and then embellished with brushed embroidery icing. this tier can be personalised to feature your wedding dress lace or with a specific flower. Topped with an arrangement of sugar flowers.
You can choose a different delicious flavour of cake for each of the tiers of your wedding cake. Each cake is coated with white chocolate ganache made from the ‘Finest Belgian Chocolate’ before being covered in luxury sugar paste. Fruit cakes are covered with marzipan before being iced.

Fruit cake is traditionally cut as a finger portion (1 x 1 x 4)
Sponge cake is usually cut as a dessert portion (1 x 2 x 4)
