This simple yet luxurious wedding cake is finished in soft colours and a Damask stencil that echo the Memory Lane Roses used to embellish the wedding cake.

This design can be adapted to suit your wedding colour scheme.

 

You can choose a different delicious flavour of cake for each of the tiers of your wedding cake. Each cake is coated with white chocolate ganache made from the ‘Finest Belgian Chocolate’ before being covered in luxury sugar paste. Fruit cakes are covered with marzipan before being iced.
